Public Installations
Vowles is believer that art can be an accessible and enjoyable experiences for everyone. Her multi-media installations are devoted to healing community through self-determined experience.
Vowles’s mixed-media installations, typically combining, projected imagery, sound and mixed media, invite the public to escape into utopias of dancing abstract forms, vibrant colours and multi-sensory embodied experience. Her environments are vessels that facilitate moments of enlightenment, curiosity, play and endless open-ended possibilities of ones imagination.
Vowles has produced collaborative and solo installations for Brisbane Art and Design Festival, Pitch Music and Arts Festival, Land Street Gallery and Emergence Collective amongst other exhibitions.
